    Change the plan

    The plan is not the window the customer is in — it is the length the next renewal adds. Changing it leaves today's term exactly where it is, and reaches the server at its next check-in.

    Give them more time

    A renewal adds another whole term of this plan. An extension adds exactly the days you type. Neither ever shortens a term, and both reach the server at its next check-in.

    Move it to another server

    The licence stops working on the machine it is on now, from that machine's next check-in. Customers can also move it themselves, twice in any 30 days; the second button gives them one more.

    Stop it

    A revocation is a signed licence dated in the past: the server stops at its next check-in, and a server that never checks in keeps running to its own expiry. It can be lifted again.

    Only the name is required. The country is picked from the ISO list so the column can be searched and counted rather than being four spellings of the same place.

    They enrol their own second factor at their first sign-in. Give them this password in person or over something you trust; the panel never sends it anywhere.
